DHSS will provide financial assistance for the following services related to the treatment of hemophilia or von Willebrand Disease. Eligibility People with hemophilia A hemophilia A or B with inhibitors congenital factor VII deficiency congenital factor XIII deficiency acquired hemophilia.

The Hemophilia Assistance Program provides limited financial assistance to persons age 21 and older who have been diagnosed with Hemophilia and meet other program eligibility requirements for blood factor products through approved providers. Assistance is provided with blood factor replacement products or reimbursement for health insurance premium payment.
